The Data Analyst/Research Scientist [Psychology] will contribute to designing, conducting, and analysing data for organisational psychology projects as well as our continual in-house research projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Statistical analysis
  • Data modelling
  • Reporting
  • Contributing to evidence-based insights for client engagements

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1st or upper second degree in Psychology with strong quantitative background
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Proficient in R and Python
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Ideally some exposure to mySQL

Experience:

  • At least 5 years analysing, building and designing data sets
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
  • Linking and streamlining data
  • Statistics and Data Modeling
  • Report Writing
  • Interest in how organisations work/organisational psychology
