As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to deliver consistently exceptional food and maintain the highest standards across the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership position, with responsibility for supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, leading service, developing the brigade and ensuring excellent standards across food quality, hygiene, organisation and cost control.
