An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a significant opening project in the heart of Windsor.
Following major investment, a beautiful new restaurant and bar concept is preparing to launch and we're looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead the team through opening and beyond.
Working alongside the Restaurant General Manager, you'll help create a welcoming, vibrant drinks destination for local residents and visitors alike. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on a new concept and build a culture centred around exceptional hospitality.
About you:
You may already be a Bar Manager or an ambitious Head Bartender ready to take the next step.
You'll bring:
• A genuine passion for cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Exceptional hospitality standards
• A hands on approach and positive energy
• Confidence working in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene
• Personal Licence preferred
