We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-star lifestyle hotel in Central London.

Working within a brigade of approximately 15 chefs , you will support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food across Events, Private Dining, In-Room Dining (IRD) and the Bar .

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented hotel chef looking to develop their career within a quality-driven operation, offering a genuine 45-hour working week , excellent benefits and a supportive leadership team.

The Role Support the day-to-day management of the kitchen.

Lead and motivate a brigade of approximately 15 chefs.

Deliver consistently high standards across Events, IRD and Bar operations.

Ensure smooth and organised service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and HACCP.

Assist with stock control, ordering and labour management.

Coach and develop junior members of the brigade.
