We are recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join a unique rooftop bar in Soho, known for its colourful design, creative atmosphere and unforgettable guest experiences. We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who can lead from the front, support the management team and help deliver exceptional service standards across every shift.
The Role
Working closely with the management team, you will support the smooth running of daily operations and help create an outstanding experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the front of house team
- Ensuring exceptional service standards across the venue
- Supporting, coaching and motivating team members during service
- Creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests
- Managing guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and compliance
- Assisting with stock control and operational procedures
- Supporting the management team in achieving service and commercial targets
About You
You'll be someone who brings energy, confidence and personality to every shift. You'll have:
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Head Waiter or similar leadership role within a busy restaurant, bar or hotel environment
- Strong communication and people skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
- The ability to lead a team during busy services
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands on approach
- Confidence working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Good knowledge of food, drinks, cocktails and service standards
