We are searching for a Senior Sous Chef to work directly alongside one of the UK’s most exciting Michelin-starred chefs. This is not a safe move. This is for a chef with strong classical foundations who wants real exposure to a new cuisine that will stretch their thinking and sharpen their craft. Curiosity is essential. The role
