We’re looking for an experienced, driven and passionate Night Manager to join a vibrant boutique lifestyle hotel in the heart of London.
With 140+ rooms, two cocktail bars, a rooftop terrace and a signature restaurant, this stylish property is part of an international portfolio of hotels across Europe.

The Role
As Night Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the hotel runs smoothly throughout the night, creating a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, you’ll take ownership of the overnight operation and lead the night team to ensure consistently high standards are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include
- Ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalised and exceptional experience from arrival through to departure.
- Handling guest queries, concerns and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring all health, safety and security procedures are followed throughout the night.
- Leading and supporting the night team, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are completed to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent operational standards across the hotel during the overnight shift.
- Supporting the wider management team and taking ownership of the hotel in the absence of senior management.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is confident, hands-on and naturally takes ownership.
You’ll ideally have
- Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager within a London hotel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.
- A confident, personable and proactive approach.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team while working independently.
