About the Business
We are an independent, fast-growing hospitality group operating multiple food and beverage concepts across London. Rather than replicating a single brand, we create venue-specific experiences tailored to each location and audience. With several successful sites already operating and additional locations launching in 2026, we are entering a major growth phase and are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help build the operational structure that supports that expansion. This is a high-impact role within a founder-led business where operational excellence, adaptability, and strong leadership are critical.
The Role
This is a group-wide operations role overseeing multiple hospitality sites across London. You will act as the key operational link between the leadership team and on-site management, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the business. We are not looking for a coffee specialist or food expert. Our site leaders own the craft and customer experience. What we need is a highly organised operator who understands labour, systems, reporting, scheduling, standards, and execution at scale. The successful candidate will play a central role in preparing and launching new sites in 2026 while supporting the ongoing performance of existing operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality sites
- Build and manage rotas to ensure labour targets are achieved
- Maintain operational standards, SOPs, opening/closing procedures, and compliance systems
- Coordinate stock management and ordering alongside production and kitchen teams
- Manage supplier relationships including consumables, equipment, and service providers
- Ensure all locations are operationally prepared for launch and daily trade
- Reporting & Systems
- Own operational reporting including labour vs revenue analysis and weekly performance reporting
- Manage operational systems including POS platforms, spreadsheet reporting, and process automation
- Reconcile labour data and support weekly cost reporting
- Work closely with finance support on cost allocation and reporting accuracy
- Deliver clear weekly operational updates to the leadership team
- People Management
- Line manage site leadership teams across all locations
- Handle people administration including holidays, absences, and first-line HR matters
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Maintain a flexible, collaborative operational culture across sites
- New Site Openings
- Lead the operational setup of new London locations launching in 2026
- Build staffing structures, rotas, systems, and operational processes from the ground up
- Coordinate staffing and operational support across multiple locations during launch
- Ensure openings are delivered on time, on budget, and to standard
What We’re Looking For
- Proven multi-site operations experience within hospitality, QSR, coffee, or fast casual environments
- Strong understanding of labour management, reporting, and P&L performance
- Experience building and managing rotas across multiple locations
- Confident people manager—calm, fair, organised, and decisive
- Highly process-driven with strong operational discipline
- Comfortable working with POS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Based in London and able to travel regularly between sites
- Experience within a scaling or high-growth hospitality business
- Experience supporting new site openings
- Familiarity with operational reporting and automation tools
What Success Looks Like
- Labour cost performance across the group
- Efficient rota management and staffing consistency
- Accurate and timely operational reporting
