We are looking for an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You'll lead Front of House operations during service, inspire and develop the team, maintain exceptional guest experiences, and ensure operational excellence across every shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress into a senior management position within a premium hospitality environment.
- Support the day-to-day Front of House operation, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead by example during service, delivering warm, professional hospitality.
- Oversee floor operations, managing guest flow and team performance.
- Resolve guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
- Assist with rota planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Deliver team briefings, shift handovers and on-the-job training.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and probation reviews.
- Help manage stock levels, minimise wastage and control consumables.
- Support cost control initiatives and encourage effective upselling.
- Ensure food safety, health & safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Support opening, closing and keyholder responsibilities where required.
Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.
