We’re now looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead our flagship site in Mayfair — someone from a branded restaurant background who thrives in a well-run kitchen and knows how to lead a team with both heart and discipline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations with precision and positivity
• Leading and developing a reliable, motivated BOH team
• Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene and compliance are always on point
• Managing stock, ordering and GP with confidence and care
• Working closely with the GM and group leadership to drive standards and evolve the brand

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who:

• Has experience as a Kitchen Manager or Senior Sous in a branded, fast-paced restaurant
• Brings structure, calm and a positive leadership style to the kitchen
• Understands the importance of training, development and great communication
• Takes pride in cleanliness, consistency and hitting the numbers
