A 45-cover modern European restaurant specialising in fire cooking over a custom charcoal grill is looking for a Head Chef to lead a small but ambitious kitchen team under the guidance of a well-known Michelin-starred chef as Culinary Director.
The Role
- Embrace the concept—small plates, modern European cuisine, fire cooking
- Work closely with the Culinary Director, who will set menus, while having creative freedom over specials and development
- Oversee a team of 4-5 chefs
- Manage stock, suppliers, recipes, HACCP/HS, and menu pricing/costing
What We Offer
- £55,000 + £5,000 bonus
- No breakfast shifts, latest finish 11:30 PM
- Currently open 5 days a week with plans to introduce Sunday lunch
- 400-450 covers per week, aiming to grow to 600 covers
- Opportunity to be part of a growing restaurant group with exciting expansion plans
