A respected restaurant group is launching a stylish 60-cover neighbourhood spot in Marylebone this September, serving modern Mediterranean-French plates with Spanish notes. All-day dining – breakfast, lunch and dinner – with a coastal French, Provençal feel.
We’re after a Head Chef to take the lead, from pre-opening in August through to daily service. You’ll manage a small to medium kitchen team and have strong managerial support and training, so a solid Senior Sous Chef could step up.
You must have:
