Senior Sous Chef – Brasserie Luxury Country House Hotel & Private Members' Club | West Oxfordshire 45 hours per week | Permanent Organic Recruitment is working with one of the UK's most talked-about country house hotels and private members' clubs, set within a beautiful historic estate on the edge of the Cotswolds. We're looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to play a key role in the running of the estate's brasserie. This is a lively, all-day dining operation where quality produce, classic dishes and consistently good cooking sit alongside busy, fast-paced service. The Role Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team, oversee service and ensure standards remain high across the brasserie.
