Ready to lead London’s most exciting new food destination? We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven General Manager to head up our first-ever flagship store in the UK. We don’t just serve Frites — we serve golden, crispy happiness with a twist. This concept is curated by a Michelin-starred chef and is now brought to London in collaboration with our ambassador chef.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As General Manager, you’ll be the beating heart of our London location. Your goal? Deliver a top-tier experience, every single day, for your team and for every guest who walks through the door. We require a GM with experience handling a team of 35–45 within a site doing £3 m+.

  • The captain of the crew — inspiring, motivating, and building an environment where your team thrives

  • Holding final responsibility for the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Reporting to the owner and the operational team

  • Managing quality control, processes, and team dynamics
  • Handling orders, cost control, and performance metrics
  • Jumping in wherever needed — from the kitchen to the floor
  • Ensuring to every guest a unique experience and inspiring a craving to come back
  • Reporting and documenting progress and results to our operational team

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience in a fast-casual or premium quick-service restaurant in a leadership role
  • Strong sense of operational, financial, and team management
  • Natural communicator, problem-solver, and motivator
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
  • English fluency required (bonus points for other languages!)
  • A hands-on, no-ego attitude and love for good vibes and good food
