Lead the future of a major new modern Turkish opening in Mayfair. Big footprint, high expectations, and the space to put your mark on the food.

What you’ll lead

  • A 10,000 sq ft, three–floor operation
  • Seven‑day service with an open kitchen
  • A team of 12, with scope to expand

Your remit

  • Full culinary control once the opening menus roll out
  • Development and evolution of the modern Turkish offer
  • Leadership across the flagship site and a second site
  • Consistency, pace and standards in a high‑volume environment
