The venue regularly hosts a range of events, from intimate private dining to large‑scale corporate and VIP functions.
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Events & Marketing Coordinator to join the team. This is a hybrid position combining hands‑on event coordination with marketing support responsibilities.
The role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment and is confident managing both operational event delivery and marketing‑related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Events Coordination
- Plan and coordinate private events, corporate functions, and bespoke dining experiences
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to event completion
- Develop tailored event proposals aligned with client requirements and brand standards
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Oversee events on‑site, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, VIP guests, and external agencies
- Monitor budgets, process invoices, and ensure events meet financial objectives
Marketing Support
- Assist in the delivery of marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Support email marketing activity, including newsletters and campaign scheduling
- Coordinate campaign administration such as timelines, assets, and internal communicationsContribute to in‑venue activations, partnerships, and promotional initiatives
- Maintain website content, event listings, and marketing materials
- Liaise with external agencies and partners where required
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics (with guidance)
- Identify opportunities to promote events and drive incremental revenue
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in events, marketing, or a similar coordination role within luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of high‑end service standards and guest expectations
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in marketing, brand development, and guest engagement
- Experience with email marketing platforms and basic CMS tools is advantageous
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late‑night events as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management systems
