This is a flagship restaurant. One of London’s hottest openings right now. You report directly to the General Manager. You are visible on the floor. Around 90 percent of your time is spent in service. Guest experience comes first. Always. This is a large, high-volume restaurant with a strong product focus. You lead a medium-sized front-of-house team and set the tone every shift.

What you will do:

  • Lead from the floor during all peak services
  • Own guest experience from door to dessert
  • Support and challenge the front of house team in real time
  • Run busy, high-pressure services to premium standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen to protect food quality and pace
  • Train and develop supervisors and senior team members
  • Handle VIPs, regulars and complaints with confidence
  • Support the GM with rotas, labour and day-to-day operations
  • Step in as the lead manager when the GM is off-site
