An exciting opportunity for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the opening team of a high-profile Turkish and Levantine restaurant in Canary Wharf. This is a rare chance to work in a quality-driven kitchen alongside an Executive Chef whose background includes some of London's most respected Middle Eastern restaurants. You will play a key role in developing a pastry offering that blends traditional influences with a modern approach.
The Role
- Running the pastry section independently
- Preparing and plating desserts to a high standard
- Producing breads and baked items
- Assisting with recipe development and seasonal menu changes
- Managing mise en place and service
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
- Supporting stock control and ordering
- Working closely with the senior kitchen team
What We Are Looking For
- Current Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Solid pastry experience in a quality restaurant or hotel
- Confidence in desserts, baking and bread production
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Passion for modern pastry and ingredient-led cooking
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience with Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Turkish flavours would be an advantage, but is not essential.

- £16.00 to £17.00 per hour depending on experience
- 45+ hours per week
- Five days per week
