This is a rare chance to work alongside an Executive Chef whose background includes some of London's most respected Middle Eastern restaurants. You will be part of a talented brigade, helping shape a bold and modern menu with genuine input into new dishes and future openings. This role would suit an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. We are particularly interested in chefs with backgrounds in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Turkish cuisine, or chefs with exceptional grill and open-fire cooking experience.
The Role
- Running your own section with confidence
- Supporting charcoal grill and open-fire cooking
- Working across all areas of the kitchen
- Training and developing junior chefs
- Assisting with ordering and stock control
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety standards
- Contributing ideas for menu development
- Supporting the creation of breads, desserts and seasonal dishes
What We Are Looking For
- Current Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready for promotion
- Experience in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern or Turkish cuisine
- Outstanding grill, mangal, robata or open-fire cooking skills
- Strong all-round technical ability
- Experience in quality-driven restaurants
- Confident running a section independently
- Organised, calm and reliable during service
- Passionate about bold flavours and ingredient-led cooking
