New high-end restaurant opening in Central London with a dedicated cocktail bar and private dining space.

Looking for a Beverage Manager with presence, personality and the ability to build a following.

You will

• Lead and develop a high-level bar team
• Build a strong bar identity and loyal customer base
• Create a world-class cocktail programme with award potential
• Oversee both the main bar and dispense for a busy restaurant
• Drive standards across service, drinks and team performance

You must have

• Experience running a high-volume, premium cocktail bar
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality scene in Central London
• A commercial mindset with ideas around events, activations and brand partnerships
