Located just off Corn Street in the heart of the city centre, the venue will bring live music, great drinks and genuine Irish hospitality to Bristol. The venue is due to open in October 2026, with training taking place in London beforehand. The Role We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the opening team and play a key role in launching the venue. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll help lead a team of around nine across bartenders, barbacks and management. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys a busy environment, takes pride in their team and wants to be involved in building something from the ground up. You'll help drive the day to day operation, maintain high standards and create the atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
