The job is full time on a permanent contract at our 6 acre site Growing@field28 in Warrington, Cheshire. The salary is circa £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

We grow a range of seasonal vegetables for sale in our farm shop as well as supplying our award‑winning restaurants in Chester. We grow indoor microgreens in purpose‑built grow rooms along with a range of edible flowers and specialist leaf products that we supply wholesale. We also grow a range of British flowers for cutting that we supply to local florists and for sale in our shop.

We were proud to have been voted as The Cheshire Life food producer of the Year for 2025. We are a small team who work hard for each other and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to shape our growing plans for the year ahead.

We seek a grower with previous commercial growing experience who is comfortable working as part of a small team and managing growing plans through the season, while liaising with wholesale contacts on a daily basis. You will be capable of organising the logistics of weekly orders and deliveries and of maintaining the growing areas and polytunnels to a high standard.

Live‑in accommodation may be available in the new year for the successful applicant by negotiation.
