The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Canalside Community Food are currently looking for a seasonal worker for 2-3 days a week from the 1st April to the end of October 2026. You would join a small team of growers to produce certified organic veg shares for our CSA membership on our 7 acre farm near Leamington Spa.

The seasonal worker would participate in all the jobs at the farm, from propagation through to harvesting, including:

  • Soil preparation
  • Planting
  • Weeding
  • Irrigation
  • Composting
  • Pest & disease management
