Five Acre Community Farm CSA is hiring a head grower to join the team near Coventry, growing organic vegetables for our CSA and working with a team of volunteer growers to reach shared goals.
The ideal candidate has market gardening experience at field scale and a passion for organic veg, with responsibilities across planning, planting, harvest, and CSA deliveries.
Hours are 7 hours daily, 4 days/week in summer and 3 days/week in winter; pay is £12.75/hour plus holiday pay and pension.
