Organic Kitchen Gardener/Head Grower – Oxfordshire Jct 7/8 of M40. Country house grounds with greenhouse, herb garden, veg beds & cages, poly tunnels, orchard.
Ideally full time 5 days per week Mon to Fri at £18ph. Semi-flexible hours or part time hours (minimum 3 days) considered. Can include crop share. Car driver needed due to village location. Local applicants preferred but possibility of accommodation in the village for single occupancy. Immediate start available.
1 year contract with opportunity of permanent role for the right person. Practical experience and an active interest in organic veg, microgreens, salads and fruit are more important than formal qualifications.
