Five Acre Community Farm CSA is hiring a head grower to join the team.
We are looking for someone with experience of market gardening (preferably at field scale) who is keen to grow organic vegetables for a CSA – and is happy to work with our team of growers and volunteers in achieving this.
Based near Coventry at Ryton Gardens.
We have been growing field scale organic veg and fruit for 13 years on 8.5 acres.
Supplying veg shares all year round for a membership of 90 families, harvesting twice a week.
To start in January or February 2026.
Hours are 7 hours a day, 4 days per week in summer, 3 days per week in winter.
£12.75 per hour. £ per year. The contract would include holiday pay and pension contributions.
