As a Client Manager at Organic, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of work. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing success and retention of your accounts, owning the commercial management of each and helping clients unlock more value through our services.
As a Client Manager at Organic, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of work. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing success and retention of your accounts, owning the commercial management of each and helping clients unlock more value through our services.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and manage the day-to-day client relationship across a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships that positions Organic as a trusted and valued partner.
- Identify and develop opportunities for account growth.
- Lead client meetings and communications, providing clarity, strategic input, and confidence at every touchpoint.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of both projects and retainers, maintaining visibility over project timelines, budgets, and priorities.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring reporting is aligned to client objectives and driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain oversight of account budgets and profitability.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to developing roadmaps for each account.
- Work with the wider Client Services and Delivery teams to proactively spot and resolve any emerging risks or blockers.
What skills you’ll need
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with a strong understanding of commercial priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence in meetings and presentations.
- Comfortable owning budgets and supporting commercial conversations with clients.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
