As a Client Director at Organic, you will be responsible for leading our largest, most high-profile client relationship, while also supporting a portfolio of smaller accounts. What you’ll be doing
- Own and lead the strategic direction of our largest client account, acting as their key point of contact and trusted partner.
- Support a small portfolio of additional accounts, ensuring each has a clear growth roadmap and strategic oversight.
- Respond to client briefs with clarity, helping to shape complex challenges into compelling digital solutions. Build enduring, senior-level relationships within the clients organisation.
- Create strategic account plans and roadmaps that align with client business goals and demonstrate the value of our partnership.
- Proactively identify and act on opportunities for account growth and innovation – working alongside Organic’s brilliant experts and the tools & tech team.
- Lead senior client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Ensure effective budget oversight and commercial control.
- Mentor and support the wider Client Services team, including Account Managers, with strategic guidance and best practice.

- 6+ years of experience in client services, including experience managing large digital or marketing accounts.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering value through insight-led, tech-first solutions.
