We are seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our flagship store. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, manage store operations, and represent the values of sustainable luxury.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of daily store operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and luxury retail experiences.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop retail staff.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements
