Orfium is looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead a key product line and drive significant business impact. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and strategy for complex product areas, ensuring alignment with Orfium's broader business objectives. You will act as a leader and mentor within the product organization, guiding your team to tackle ambitious challenges and deliver innovative solutions for the music and entertainment industry. The ideal candidate is a master of their craft, adept at navigating ambiguity, and passionate about building world-class products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and champion a compelling long-term product vision and strategy for a major product portfolio.
- Own and be accountable for key business outcomes and KPIs, driving product growth, adoption, and profitability.
- Provide product direction and influence a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers through thought leadership and a clear strategic direction.
- Engage with executive-level stakeholders to communicate product strategy, secure buy-in, and report on business impact.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends, translating them into strategic product initiatives.
- Mentor and develop other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Make high-stakes prioritization decisions for complex and ambiguous problem spaces.
- Represent Orfium as a product expert in discussions with key customers, partners, and industry leaders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
- Extensive experience developing and executing product strategy for complex B2B or SaaS products.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and experience leading multiple product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
- Expert-level analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
