The ORFeus doctoral network invites applications for a full-time doctoral fellow to map translation of non-canonical open reading frames in HPV-driven cancers. You will perform long- and short-read RNA sequencing, ribosome profiling, proteomics, and immunopeptidomics in cell lines and tumors, contributing to the HPV Immune Map.
Secondments include immersive training in HLA multimer technology at Immudex (Copenhagen) and collaboration with a supervisory team across partner groups.
