- Principal Mining Consultants: 10+ years Technical & Operational experience in Open Pit or Underground
- Senior Mining Consultants: 5+ years Technical & Operational experience in Open Pit or Underground
- Mining Consultants: Minimum 2 years experience, completion of Open Pit or Underground time is preferred
- Principal Geotechnical Engineer: 10+ years of Geotechnical experience across different mining methods
- Principal Ventilation Engineer: 10+ years of Ventilation experience across different mining methods
- Manager Consulting – Vancouver Office: 15+ years mining experience, prior experience leading consulting teams preferred
