Overview
Join ORELIS GLOBAL as an AI Program Facilitator and support corporate teams in the practical and responsible adoption of artificial intelligence. Our facilitators represent ORELIS directly with our clients and play a central role in the quality of the experience we deliver. Before leading any ORELIS program independently, each facilitator completes a structured preparation and qualification process: training in the ORELIS methodology and programs, familiarisation with our quality and delivery standards, and a week of field immersion alongside an experienced ORELIS facilitator.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ORELIS programs for corporate client teams
- Create dynamic, participative, practice-oriented learning experiences
- Master and apply the ORELIS methodology, content and quality standards
- Adapt examples, exercises and facilitation to each client's industry and context
- Explain AI clearly and make its applications accessible to participants at all levels
- Encourage participation, experimentation and practical application at work
- Represent ORELIS with professionalism, confidence and high standards at every session
- Collect and share field feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs
Profile sought
We are looking for experienced facilitators who can lead groups of professionals with confidence and create genuine learning dynamics. You should be able to explain complex topics simply, engage a room and support participants with diverse backgrounds professionally. You also have solid practical knowledge of current AI tools and applications, and can relate them to real workplace situations. Experience in corporate training, Learning & Development, consulting or a client-facing B2B environment is particularly valued. Beyond experience, we are looking for people who are reliable, curious, rigorous in their standards and capable of representing ORELIS credibly with demanding organisations.

Qualification Process
Ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every ORELIS client is our priority. The process includes several steps:
- Initial conversation — Getting to know your background, experience and approach to facilitation.
- Evaluation — A practical assessment to evaluate your ability to explain, engage and facilitate a professional group.
- ORELIS training — Learning our methodology, programs and delivery standards.
- Field immersion — One week alongside an experienced ORELIS facilitator, observing our programs in real conditions and absorbing our approach.
- Qualification — Confirming your readiness before leading any ORELIS program independently.
