O’Regan Sales Consultancy is currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business building a high-performance outbound sales operation focused on the UK SME market. We are looking for confident, resilient and ambitious outbound sales professionals to join a structured team. This is not a customer service role. This is a high-activity outbound B2B sales position.
The Role
- Contacting UK businesses by phone
- Qualifying opportunities
- Booking appointments for the senior sales team
- Speaking with SMEs and business owners across multiple sectors
- Working within a KPI-driven sales environment
Responsibilities
- Outbound B2B cold calling
- Booking appointments and demonstrations
- Managing CRM activity and follow-up
- Achieving daily and weekly KPIs
- Working closely with sales management
What We’re Looking For
