Hours per week: Full time, site based.
Reporting to: Warehouse Team Leader
The Stock Integrity Operative carries out PI account investigations into stock discrepancies and liaises with Team Leaders to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical stock counts, ensuring all bin locations are checked 4 times per year.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and provide feedback results to the Warehouse Team Leaders and Head of Warehousing & Logistics.
- Identify and work collaboratively with colleagues to make continuous improvements to stock holding procedures.
- Work with Warehouse Team Leaders, QC and Customer Service to manage varying stock versions.
- To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity.
- Any other duties as required by Warehouse Team Leader.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 2-year Warehouse Operative Experience.
- Counter Balance and Pivot Steer License.
- A good level of education, minimum, Maths and English GCSE (A-C or equivalent).
- Experience with Warehouse processes.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
