Quality Systems Administrator at Orean is the backbone of our digital and physical quality systems, ensuring that every batch meets our rigorous standards.
Location: Cleckheaton, BD19 4TT
Job type: Permanent
Reporting to Quality Assurances, Health and Safety Manager.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Quality System Administrator to join our team on a full‑time basis (37.5 hours per week). Operating on an alternating shift pattern, this role is central to maintaining the integrity of our quality processes and ensuring seamless documentation flow from raw materials to finished goods.
Responsibilities:
- Control of batch paperwork, retains, and physical standards.
- Generation of finished goods CofAs.
- Logging and archiving raw material documentation.
- Assisting the quality team in investigations.
- Control of QC consumables.
- Maintaining the digital quality system.
- Assisting in batch paperwork generation and label creation.
Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft applications, Excel, Word, etc.
- Great organisational skills.
- Experience managing a digital system.
- Ideally familiar with the concepts of ISO9001.
