The Marketing Specialist will develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role blends creativity with analytical thinking to ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with company goals.

The Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute omni‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, events) to drive lead and client engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer and customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Create and manage content for websites, social platforms, and all marketing materials.
- Build, track and analyse campaign performance.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to ensure consistency across touch points.
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.
- Act as a Brand Guardian to support brand development.
- Prepare reports and present insights to the Senior Management Team.
- To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity.
- Any other reasonable duties as required by the Commercial Lead.
The Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing (or in a related field). Alternatively, a Level 6 + Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing or a similar qualification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, Capcut / Final Cut and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SEO, AIO and LLMs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social listening tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Similar Web, TikTok Trends, AnswerThePublic, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
