We are looking for a skilled and reliable Manufacturing Operative with experience in chemical processing and FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) environments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the production of premium cosmetic products.

- Hours per week 12-hour shifts 5am – 5pm (3 x on and 3 x off)
- Reporting to Manufacturing Shift Manager
The Responsibilities.
- Carry out batch processing, including weighing, dispensing, and mixing chemicals.
- Operate equipment to produce a wide range of personal care products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), approved methods, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work areas.
- Complete and sign off all batch documentation accurately and in line with procedures.
- Perform in-process quality checks and testing.
- Accurately input data for stock control and maintain records.
- Monitor and manage chemical stock levels.
- Support housekeeping and health & safety standards across the department.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager with any additional duties as required.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in chemical weighing and mixing in a manufacturing or FMCG environment (personal care, food, or pharmaceutical preferred).
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Computer literate – proficient in using Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
- Awareness of COSHH regulations.
