About the Role
You’ll design packaging, POS, and printed materials that showcase Ordo’s design-led identity. From shelf-ready packs to trade show graphics, your work will balance creativity with communication.
Working closely with the creative and product teams, you’ll deliver striking, production-ready designs that feel stylish, modern, and accessible. Every project you take on will live in the physical world through designs that people can see, touch, and take home, not just scroll past.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging design – print-ready packaging for new launches and updates.
- POS & in-store graphics – artwork for retail displays and window graphics.
- Print collateral – brochures, flyers, trade show materials, and marketing pieces.
- PR & marketing assets – designs for PR boxes and special brand projects.
- Production-ready artwork – prepare files to exact specifications, liaising with suppliers.
- Brand consistency – use style-setters and guides to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all print and physical touchpoints.
- Retailer & partner support – adapt designs for different markets and formats.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and at least one of the following: Photoshop and InDesign.
- An eye for typography, composition, and how design works in print.
- Curiosity about print materials, finishes, and production processes.
- A proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and good organisation.
We value craft and attention to detail more than years of experience. If you love designing for print and want to grow, we want to hear from you.
Why join Ordo
At Ordo, your work will be seen, celebrated, and make a real impact. You’ll be part of a close-knit and highly collaborative team that values fresh thinking, supports each other, and gives you the chance to develop quickly.
What you’ll enjoy:
- Real opportunities for career progression as we grow.
- A modern, design-led office in a great location.
- A talented, supportive creative team.
- A brand that values design as much as performance.
- The buzz of working on campaigns with global reach.
