About the Role
We’re looking for a highly creative and digitally minded designer who thrives on crafting engaging, results-driven designs. From online campaigns and social content to digital advertising and marketing collateral, you’ll play a key role in how Ordo connects with its customers.
You’ll work across a variety of digital channels, collaborating with teams to deliver visually impactful, on-brand creative that is fresh, commercial, and dynamic. Whether it’s a quick-turnaround campaign or a long-term brand evolution, you’ll ensure every asset reflects Ordo’s modern, stylish, and accessible identity.
In this role, you’ll develop your skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while gaining exposure to the wider business – ensuring your work is both creatively ambitious and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative campaigns: Conceptualise, design, and execute engaging multi-platform digital campaigns for retail, web, email, and social media.
- Digital assets: Create high-quality assets for Google, Meta, retailer and other campaigns, maintaining alignment with Ordo’s brand guidelines and best practices.
- On-brand execution: Ensure all creative output is consistent with Ordo’s tone of voice and overall visual identity.
- Scalability & adaptability: Design assets that work across both short-term promotions and large-scale brand campaigns.
- Retailer & partner briefs: Interpret and develop design assets for national and international retailers/distributors, tailoring designs for different platforms.
- Marketing collateral: Support the team with presentation decks, trade show materials, and corporate event assets.
- Motion & 3D assets: Prepare assets for motion design and 3D projects to enhance campaign engagement.
- Time & task management: Prioritise multiple design projects effectively, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity or detail.
- Collaboration & feedback: Work closely with internal teams, sharing ideas and responding to feedback in a collaborative, supportive environment.
