This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Account Manager (UK & International) located in Altrincham. The role will get you involved in many areas of the business, but your focus will be on sales growth, account management, relationship building, finding new business, and supporting the sales team on plans and execution. This is a role for someone who has strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to thorough follow-through. You will have the potential to learn more in your first year at ORDO than your next 5 years in a traditional sales environment.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Managers to support our retail partners, manage and find new opportunities, and help expand ORDO's presence in our key markets. We don’t need years and years of experience. What really matters is that you are proactive, confident, commercially savvy, able to get things done, and enjoy working in a super fast environment.

Qualifications:
- Exceptionally organised with strong follow-through
- Confident communicating with retailers, buyers and partners
- A self-starter who takes initiative and likes solving problems
- Commercially minded with a practical understanding of sales
- Comfortable analysing sales data at a basic level (we’ll train you in our tools)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Friendly, positive and approachable
- Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel or similar)
- FMCG experience (min 1 year)
