We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support our e-commerce enquiries. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers and working with our operations, e-commerce and product teams to provide accurate answers for our customers' inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You’ll respond to customers primarily via Zendesk email support as well as social media channels. We’re looking to launch a live-chat feature, so experience with this is preferred but not essential. Working hours are 10am-6pm, with no weekends required. Based from the Altrincham office 3 days a week, 1 day a week from our Winsford warehouse and 1 day per week working from home.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions effectively.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
