  • Develop clear prioritisation plans across sectors and customers, balancing proactive outreach with service excellence

  • Collaborate across Sales Operations, Product, and Channel Partner teams to progress and close opportunities

  • Support bid development and ensure robust pipeline management through effective use of CRM tools

  • Capture and communicate success stories, sharing insight and impact across the business

This role reports to the Director of Sales and plays a critical part in delivering OS's sector and partner-led sales strategy.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a confident people leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive performance in a complex, evolving environment. You will bring:

  • A track record of delivering commercial outcomes and building high-performing teams

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn market insight into sales action

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipeline and performance

  • A positive, adaptable approach to leading through change and supporting team development

  • Experience supporting bids and proposals in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

If you're passionate about leading people, driving growth, and making an impact through geospatial innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
