Looking to change your job? Come and work for The Ordinary Life Project Association (OLPA), an innovative, dynamic and vibrant Wiltshire based Charity providing a range of housing and support options for people with Learning Disabilities and/or mental illnesses.

As a Day Support Worker, you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support living in one of OLPA's registered homes. You will need to interact and promote dignity and respect at all times. Promoting independence by assisting with cooking, cleaning, personal care, accessing the community and supporting with leisure activities is an essential part of the role.

No experience necessary as OLPA offers their Day Support Workers:
