Overview

We are looking for a confident and resilient Trustpilot Recovery Agent to take ownership of improving our Trustpilot score to a defined target. You will work closely with various teams to generate positive, compliant reviews, manage negative feedback, and coordinate targeted outreach campaigns. This is a hands‑on, admin‑heavy role that requires persistence, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing partners and follow up on positive customer interactions to request reviews.
  • Respond promptly to all Trustpilot reviews, ensuring professional handling of both positive and negative feedback.
  • Investigate recent negative reviews, resolve issues where possible, and encourage updated feedback.
  • Work with Trustpilot to identify and remove ineligible or fake reviews while maintaining full compliance with legal and platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to run targeted review campaigns and share progress updates with leadership.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to increase the volume of high‑quality reviews and reduce negative review frequency.
