Wir suchen eine selbstbewusste und hochmotivierte Onboarding Associate (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei OrderYOYO. Unsere Mission bei OrderYOYO: Wir helfen Restaurants und Takeaways, online erfolgreich zu sein – mit individuellen gebrandeten Apps, Websites und personalisiertem Marketing. Unser Ziel ist es, kleine und mittelständische Restaurants sowie kleinere Ketten von hohen Provisionen zu befreien und ihnen die volle Kontrolle über ihren digitalen Erfolg zu geben.

Deine Rolle

Die Position des Onboarding Associate ist eine hybride Rolle mit Fokus auf Onboarding und Customer Success. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Restaurantpartnern zusammen, analysierst Daten und unterstützt aktiv deren kommerzielles Wachstum – insbesondere nach den ersten 60 Tagen.

  • Customer Success
  • Aktive telefonische Betreuung bestehender Restaurantpartner
  • Analyse von Account- und Performance-Daten zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Beratung zu Angeboten, MenĂĽs, Bestsellern und Upselling-Möglichkeiten (z. B. Getränke, Beilagen, Extras)
  • Proaktive Kontaktaufnahme zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Optimierungsideen gemeinsam mit den Restaurants
  • Onboarding
  • Begleitung unserer Restaurantpartner vom Vertragsabschluss bis zum Go-live
  • Aktive telefonische UnterstĂĽtzung während des gesamten Onboarding-Prozesses
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Restaurantprofile (z. B. MenĂĽ-Digitalisierung, App-Updates)
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr Restaurantpartner in den ersten 60 Tagen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Go-live innerhalb definierter Zeitrahmen
  • Klare, empathische Kommunikation und lösungsorientierte Beratung
