We help partners build their own branded websites and apps, giving them the tools to grow customer relationships, manage online orders, and reduce reliance on third-party platforms. We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Talent Executive to join our People Team in Manchester. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious plans over the next few years, so we need a superstar to help us achieve that.
What we do at OrderYOYO: Helping restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- Working within the existing People Team in Manchester, you will support with various initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention.
- You will work closely with Function Heads across UK/IE to ensure we are consistently improving on our People practices.
- Manage full recruitment processes – From writing the ad, managing applications, screening calls, interviews, offering and onboarding.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and 'what good looks like' in their teams.
- Manage talent pipelines and candidate attraction methods.
- Manage ATS and identify trends in applications.
- Assist with optimising and improving the recruitment and other 'people' processes.
- Assist and facilitate pre/onboarding process for all new starters.
- Work alongside Function Heads and Head of Talent/Development to identify and implement training needs across commercial business.
- Assist with general People/HR responsibilities, including developing processes, assisting with exit interviews, employee documentation etc.
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement across all people metrics.
- Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive work environment.
