We are looking for a confident and highly motivated People Operations Manager to join OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and have ambitious plans over the next few years.

Hybrid: 1 day WFH, 4 days Office based

What we do at OrderYOYO: Helping takeaway restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to lofty commissions and giving the restaurant the ownership of their success.

Key responsibilities:
  • Overseeing up to 3 FTE within the people operations function.
  • Manage and ensure HR policies, processes and documents are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Oversee and guide on Employment Law in all markets.
  • Conduct Salary and Reward benchmarking analysis in all markets.
  • Manage people analytics and employee data to enable better decision making.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects, processes, and guidelines to help align the workforce with business goals.
  • Support with development and alignment of reward strategy across all markets.
  • Support and guide with HR Case Management and Training of key stakeholders.
  • Identify and action blind spots, analyse data, identify risks and suggest opportunities for improvement.
  • Support with driving and enhancing DEI strategy and policy.
  • Develop new initiatives and solutions.
General responsibilities:
  • Assist with general People responsibilities, including developing processes, employee documentation and general HR management.
  • Work on various projects to drive People initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across different teams and functions to drive results.
  • Support colleagues and promote a positive work environment and team spirit.

What We Look For in You:
  • Experience within an HR Management role and developing policies and processes.
  • Strong understanding of employment law in the UK and ideally other European countries (Germany would be advantageous).
  • Experience in guiding managers on HR processes and HR case management.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, highly analytical with the ability to analyse data.
  • Passion - adaptable with a can-do attitude - positive, proactive, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment characterized by constant change.
  • Action - Leads by example and initiates action.
  • Compassion - able to empathize and provide support wherever needed.
  • One Team - advanced communication skills (written and verbal) – ability to build rapport with your team, maintain calm under pressure, and share information clearly.
