We are looking for a confident and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing team across Europe. The role involves field work, new business and account management across your territory.
Responsibilities
- Attend new business and account management meetings Monday‑Friday in the field across your territory.
- Manage daily diaries, planning and activities independently.
- Work toward daily KPIs and monthly sales targets.
- Optimize sales and profitability of existing customers through upselling, problem solving and ongoing support.
- Generate your own leads and meetings; utilize Telesales support for booking.
Qualifications
- Full valid driving licence required.
- Previous customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
- Driven self‑starter, motivated to achieve bonus targets.
- Initiative, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
