We are looking for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated People Operations Manager to join OrderYOYO. We are growing rapidly across all of our markets in Europe and have ambitious plans over the next few years.
What we do at OrderYOYO:
Helping takeaway restaurants succeed online by providing them with personalised branded mobile apps, websites and personalised marketing. We are ensuring that small to medium-sized restaurants and small chains are not subjected to lofty commissions, giving restaurants ownership of their success.
Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:
- The People Operations Manager will play a key role within the People Team, driving excellence across the employee lifecycle with a particular focus on onboarding, employee engagement, retention and manager development.
- Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll create exceptional employee experiences whilst building scalable people processes that support our continued growth.
The Job:
- Lead and continuously improve the employee onboarding experience across all business functions and locations.
- Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee satisfaction.
- Identify retention risks and implement proactive initiatives to improve employee retention.
- Coach and support managers on performance management, employee engagement, feedback and difficult conversations.
- Develop leadership resources, toolkits and best practice guidance for managers.
- Build and improve scalable people processes that enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain accurate people data, reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to drive organisational effectiveness.
General:
- Assist with wider People Team responsibilities, developing new initiatives and improving people processes.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting on key People Operations metrics.
- Ensure consistency and compliance across people policies and procedures.
- Support colleagues and promote a positive working environment and strong team spirit.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver people-focused projects and initiatives.

- Experience within a People Operations, HR Business Partner or Employee Experience role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Experience coaching and developing managers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and identify trends.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
- Passion – Adaptable with a can-do attitude; positive, proactive and energised by working in a fast-paced environment characterised by constant change.
- Action – Leads by example and takes initiative.
- Compassion – Able to empathise and provide support wherever needed.
